You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Important, especially for short-notice bookings: If the wedding takes place within the 14-day withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly requested that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Without such express consent, we may not begin performing the service until the withdrawal period has expired. For bookings made less than 14 days before the wedding date, this consent is therefore requested separately during the booking process.
